Dornesha 6012

Dornesha 6012 is an E-1412 modified wheat starch with low viscosity and high resistance to high temperature, low pH, salt and shear.

E1412, also known as Distarch Phosphate, is a modified starch with a perfect short texture and widely used in the food industry.

It is created by chemically altering starch to improve its stability and functionality.

 

Application: Frozen food, Batter, Dairy , sauces and canned foods , ready-to-drink  products , baby food , paper and oil drilling .
