Dornesha 5522

Dornesha 5522 is acetylated distarch adipate food additive .

This modified tapioca starch has medium viscosity and acceptable resistance to high temperature, low pH and shear. It has medium freeze thaw stability.

Dornesha 5522 is used as a stabilizer, emulsifier, thickener and also benefits from its stable gelling functions.

 

Application: Dairy industry , ketchup , reduced-fat margarines, fruit pie filling , instant dessert
